We are obsessed.
It starts with an infatuating story: one that inspires us to design, create, and produce at every phase of every project. From life’s big moments to a brand’s evolution, we lose sleep over every detail so you don’t have to. Just ask us why “customer begins with custom” — we coined that back when we were all still using dial-up. We believe self-investment is the best investment. If we can dream it, we can do it. “No” has never been part of our vocabulary, and we’ll make sure it’s never in yours.
We are visionaries. Craftswomen and craftsmen.
We are brand builders and beauty makers.
We are TPD.
Custom-made wasn't
always customary.
In the pre-hashtag era of 2000, TPD founder Vanessa Kreckel had a frustration that spoke to the future of 21st-century branding: why did so many personal invitations feel so impersonal? Inspired by the possibilities of design, Vanessa began crafting wedding stationery that conveyed couples’ histories through illustration, color palettes, typography, and smartly mixed materials. TPD Design House was born.
It wasn’t long before TPD’s personal approach to design expanded into the branding sphere, making room for unique brands sprung from unique identities.
Today TPD is a versatile creative agency of artists, technologists, and innovators with a global footprint. We are makers and doers who infuse wild imagination with fearless storytelling, working across the social, branding, and web spheres to create and elevate brands and events.

TPD Design House is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Assistant to join our team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives on keeping things moving — you’re the kind of person who notices when something’s off, figures out why, and finds a way to fix it.
You’ll support the Director of Client Services and Project Manager in the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, events, and websites for global clients. This role is client-facing, so a professional, positive presence matters. If you’re a quick learner with a sharp eye, a genuine interest in design and branding, and you’re energized by problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk with you. The Project Assistant role follows a hybrid schedule, remotely and in person at the Wayne design studio 3 days per week.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in an administrative, project coordination, or operations support role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets & Slides), understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma is a welcomed bonus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable balancing competing priorities and shifting timelines.
- A curiosity about branding and design–you don’t need to be a designer, but you care about being proud of the work.
- Experience with project coordination or project management tools such as Wrike is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support throughout the full project lifecycle as a Project Management team member, communicating cross-functionally with internal teams on a regular basis & clients as needed.
- Brief in project plans and track timelines to keep the internal team on track against all deadlines.
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact for order vendors and select client needs — initiating outreach, requesting quotes, and following up throughout the project lifecycle.
- Source and coordinate gifts, managing outreach and logistics from start to finish.
- Process purchases, track shipments, and maintain detailed order forms; troubleshoot issues that could affect client timelines or budgets.
- Manage client collateral re-order requests, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround
- Keep project records accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment.
Benefits and Salary:
TPD offers competitive salary, paid time off and benefit packages.

We’re looking for a Brand Content Manager to own how TPD shows up online — shaping and evolving the brand’s digital presence from the ground up. From strategy and content creation to scheduling and reporting, this role sits at the intersection of creative and marketing, requiring someone who can move between capturing content in house and on-site, designing in creative tools, and thinking analytically about performance. As our marketing efforts grow, you’ll develop content across digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials as needs evolve.
The best person for this role is endlessly curious, proactive, and driven to create. You don’t wait for assignments—you notice opportunities, bring ideas forward, and take action. This role follows a hybrid schedule, remotely and in person at the Wayne design studio 3 days per week.Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Capture photo and video content of projects, events, and in-studio
- Develop engaging short-form content by designing graphics independently or partnering with the Graphic Design team to create visual assets.
- Source and request imagery from clients to supplement original content
Content Management
- Maintain and organize an archive of all photo and video assets
- Build and manage content calendar aligned with event schedule and business goals
Strategy & Planning
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust approach based on data
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions across platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and nurturing community engagement.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, project management, production) to identify content opportunities tied to active projects
- Act as the connective tissue between departments to ensure timely, relevant content
Systems & Process
- Build and document workflows for content intake, approvals, and publishing
- Proactively identify gaps in current processes and propose solutions
Qualifications:
- Experience in a creative, design, or marketing agency environment
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn — you understand how each platform functions differently
- Familiarity with newsletter management tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Flodesk
- Literacy in graphic design tools
- Comfortable behind a camera; basic photography and video skills are expected
- Strong organizational instincts — managing an asset library and content calendar without things falling through the cracks
- Clear written communicator for both internal coordination and client-facing requests
- Analytically minded — you can read the numbers and know what to do with them
Nice to Have:
- Experience working directly with clients
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Background in brand marketing or content strategy
Benefits and Salary:
- Competitive Salaries
- Flexible Paid Time Off
- Benefits and Retirement Packages
